Tangy Cauliflower

Another Project 2010 recipe ... from tonight's dinner menu (trust me, it really is good and very easy to make!) I haven't yet taken a picture, but will soon. I also must note that last night's picture was not mine, but I "borrowed" it from another blog when my picture was too blurry to post. Tonight, I will use my own! OK, on to the recipe:

Tangy Cauliflower

Ingredients: 1 large head of cauliflower
1 tablespoon of water
1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 1/2 tsp of prepared mustard
1/2 tsp of ground mustard
1/2 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions: Place cauliflower in a microwave-safe dish. Add water. Cover and microwave on high for 12-14 minutes or until tender. Combine mayonnaise, prepared mustard and ground mustard; spread over cauliflower. Sprinkle with cheese. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 1 minute or until the cheese is melted.

Tomorrow night ... Thai Chicken Pizza!
